Ms. Costley is the President, Founder and CEO of Creative Computer Concepts, Inc. Ms. Costley has over 25 years as an Executive Assistant for IBM Corporation. Ms. Costley is currently the Program Manager of a small business service center.

Ms. Costley is currently a candidate for a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ms. Costley has Substantial coursework at the University of Maryland. Ms. Costley has attended the University of Maryland-European Division at Bad Hersfeld, Germany and Montgomery College. Ms. Costley has received certification in small business management from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s SCORE program.
